We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please also not we accept debit or cash only.
Individual Appointments: 25% deposit is required for appointments 2 hours or longer. 24 hour cancellation is required for appointments 2 hours or longer. Clients will be charged 25% of service price if cancelled within the 24hrs for appointments 2 hours or longer.
Group Appointments: For all group bookings, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. 48 hour cancellation is required for all group bookings. Deposit will be held for missed appointments or insufficient notification of cancellation.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS:
If you are a first time client please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to fill out our client health form. If you are pregnant or have diabetes or any other illness please notify us when booking.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate/silent upon arrival to ensure no noise distractions for estheticians and clients.
Please book your appointment by phone or e-mail. We have chosen to be a “By Appointment Only” spa which will ensure a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all clients. All bookings are confirmed via e-mail or phone.
PRICES AND SERVICES:
Prices and services are subject to change. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Taxes are not included in service pricing.
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Please mention your Gift Certificate when booking your appointment.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. With parties of 4 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final sale before tax.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available.
COUPLES AND SPA PARTIES:
Please feel free to bring in wine or beer to enjoy while receiving your treatments! Glasses provided.
There is ample parking close to the spa. Unfortunately it is “Pay Parking”. For services 2+ hours, we will always ensure your parking pass is topped up while you relax.
